The short versionWorkLens asks for the minimum needed to provide your assessment, personalized resources and optional delivery. We do not ask for your employer, name or job title in the free assessment.

Information we collect

Your free assessment answers stay in your browser unless you choose to contribute an anonymous benchmark or buy a paid resource. Anonymous benchmark contributions may include your country or region, age range, industry, work mode, job level, language and assessment scores. We do not ask for your name, employer or free-text job title for this feature.

For a paid order, we store the assessment answers needed to create your personalized resource, product selected, language, order status, PayPal order and capture references, and your email address only if you choose email delivery. PayPal processes payment information; WorkLens does not receive or store your card or PayPal login details.

We use device-local storage to remember an anonymous poll or benchmark response and to help you return to a recent private purchase link on the same device.

How we use it

Generate and provide your purchased report or toolkit.
Send a private delivery link when you request email delivery.
Confirm payment, prevent duplicate delivery and handle support requests.
Show anonymous, aggregated benchmarks only after there are enough responses.
Maintain and improve the service without trying to identify you from free-assessment data.

Who helps us provide WorkLens

We use PayPal for payments, Resend for optional delivery emails, and hosting/database providers to operate the website and keep order records. If you open the editable toolkit, you will visit Notion directly. These providers may process information in the regions where they operate.

Choices, access and deletion

You can use the free assessment without creating an account. You can skip the anonymous benchmark and optional email delivery. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, email worklens@hotmail.com from the address used for delivery and include your PayPal transaction reference if you have one. We will delete or anonymize information where possible; limited transaction records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security, so please keep your private report link private. If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date.
