Using WorkLens

You may use WorkLens for personal, lawful purposes. The assessment and reports are designed to help you reflect on workplace patterns, prepare for conversations and consider next steps. You remain responsible for your choices, communications and decisions at work.

Paid resources and payment

Prices are shown and charged in USD. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Payment is processed by PayPal. A paid resource unlocks only after WorkLens verifies the completed payment. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Your private link and downloads

Your private delivery link contains access information for your purchased resources. Keep it private. You may download and use your report and toolkit for your own personal use, but may not resell, redistribute, publish or claim WorkLens materials as your own.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep WorkLens available and useful, but the service may occasionally change, be unavailable or contain an error. Assessment results are generated from your answers and are not a promise of a particular employment outcome. To the extent permitted by law, WorkLens is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
