About WorkLens

Clearer thinking for difficult work situations.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

WorkLens is a private workplace reflection tool and practical article library. It helps people turn a vague sense that “something is wrong at work” into five areas they can examine: workload, boundaries, management, recognition and career growth.

What it does

Organizes self-reported work experiences, highlights the strongest pressure signal and offers practical questions, actions and conversation wording.

Who it is for

People reflecting on their current work situation, preparing for a manager conversation or deciding what evidence to collect next.

What it does not do

Diagnose burnout, depression, anxiety or any health condition; determine legal rights; investigate an employer; or tell someone whether they must stay or leave.

How it stays useful

Public guidance is concise and actionable. Paid reports add deeper personalization, plans, scripts and decision support without changing these limits.

Workplace guidance is not medical care

Stress, exhaustion and difficulty switching off can be connected to work, but they can also have health or personal causes. WorkLens can help you notice patterns; it cannot determine the cause or provide treatment. If symptoms are severe, persistent, worsening or affecting daily life, contact a qualified health professional. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Independence and accountability

WorkLens is independently produced. Content may be developed with AI assistance, but WorkLens remains responsible for what is published, how sources are represented and how limitations are stated. A page is not described as medically, legally or professionally reviewed unless it names the reviewer, relevant credentials, review scope and date.
